    Ohhhh, I am an OLD Professional when it comes to frying Oliebollen.. :D the trick is to always measure the temperature of the oil... then it doesn't burn, and you get perfectly fried Oliebollen EVERY time... :thumbs: Ohhh how I LOVE Oliebollen... :wub:
