    I only paid 15 for shipping, could it be because it's in Saskatchewan? I know when I ship Canada post, depending on location, it can be 8-12 bucks. Ontario is always more expensive but if I ship to Alberta it's cheaper, and of course in Saskatchewan way cheaper.

    Ok, I am wondering then if you should go through the whole cleaning process, or. just try to blow it out. Then prime it with some VG, and give it a whirl. Do you have a different flavor you could try on it? What is vapor production like now?

    Possibly? But I know for me, even in a ce2 r4 carto, that had some water left in it, the dang thing took 2 fills before I finally got the flavor back. I wonder if dewicking this thing would help?

    I wonder if it still has some water residue. This has happened to me before. And I just kept vaping, and eventually got some flavor..but I know there was water in it, even after letting it sit for a few hours. Sorry that is all I can offer!

    I have sent a few packages by Canada post, and I am paying 12 bucks and 2 weeks later they arrive. 15 bucks US for fed ex..and 2 days delivery..yup I think I will be paying the extra 3 dollars. Not to mention it is US prices..so cheaper for me!
