The higher the pg ratio the more flavor a juice will have. Also when switching to vaping flavors might seem a little muted. Some flavors are known to pack a punch. Fire N Ice from JV, I have tried and has loads of flavor all tho it it not fruity. It's more like your mouth is filled with liquid... -

I couldn't help you. It may have been their own mix. Have you tried to find them online? There is a lot of juice out there. And it's just getting better and better, although there are more to weed through. And MANY with that flavor profile. You might want to check the tobacco threads and ask... -
