    Since it's a regulated device your Cloupor should have stopped firing before it melted itself. Did you check the resistance for the atty on another device OR OHM CHECKER after the fact? IMO you're blaming the wrong party here.

    It will work just fine but because of the MVP's max amp limitations you'll need to build at a resistance between 1.6-2.0 ohms for the best performance on the mod. I would recommend building with a wire no thicker than 28 gauge.

    As has been stated you have to do your research for the specific clone you are looking for. Using the Kayfun Lite + as an example, in the day the EHPRO was the king clone whereas everyone I knew who has the Tobeco version had leaking issues for whatever reason.

For example: I would say I set my watts around 9.5 for my T3Ss, about 12 for a Nautilus, 27 for a Kanger Subtank, and finally roughly 90 on a mech with an atty built at 0.27ohms...
