The problem I see is that most devices have an amp limit on the switch, many of that era were less than 5. Given that limitation you would be able to only put out less than 15watts, not nearly enough to drive an Atlantis.
I've always run mine using dual coils either 6 wraps of 24gauge or 5 wraps of twisted 26gauge. Comes to about 0.27 ohms and the flavor is one of the best.
Sounds as if something isn't right. Despite the airflow you should be getting clouds of vapor. I agree the flavor is nothing to write home about (although reviewers seem to gush over it) but then I am used to RDAs.
The ProVari is a great device that, for my needs, is no longer relevant. The P2.5 was the pinnacle of my vape gear and gave the most satisfying vape of all of my devices.
Time moves forward and by no means is it necessary to vape at a higher wattage than the P3 provides that just happens to be...
In many mods the spring not only keeps the switch parts apart but also conducts electricity. In my mods I have always swapped out for magnets where possible.
As has been stated quality magnets with just the right repelling force make all the difference, IMO.
I got one a week ago after reading and hearing all the hype. I'm not all that impressed. The vapor production is there just fine but the taste is not.
I guess I'll continue to ..... around with my REO...
Lol! I thought I was the only one who was screwing the atty into the top portion! It happened by accident to me when I went to refill and the atty stuck. I went with it and figured I was able to get at least anoth mL into the tank.
At 3.7v you should not expect to get a burny taste. Since you've already soaked them I would be at a loss to suggest anything more than they are just crappy coils. For a single coil atty like the T3S uses (my starter clearo which I have 12 of, and plenty of experience with) you should be able to...
I don't have one but the reviews I have seen have been mostly positive. Is it possible taht you scorched the coil (the wick really) at a point where you let it run dry or used too much power?
From what I've read the Atlantis is a NO-NO for anything that has a 'hybrid' connection (where the 510 on the atty goes straight to the battery). The reason is a hybrid connection on the mod requires the positive pin on the atty to stick out so that both positive and negative don't touch the...
