go here by clicking this --> Jugheads then scroll down u will se some flavours , pick one you want , there are 2 drop down menus under where you can select 1st one u select size second one you select strength , i like 18 concentrate- wood

filling from the battery end works good too but with the kanger h coil cartos i find the juice just falls out the other end because of the tube in the middle , on old style cartos i find filling them like that works but i didnt have a good experience filling the horizontal coil carto this way ...- wood
