    Yeah, it can take time. 3 different setups on the machine. A little over 2500 pcs.. its not a set it and forget it unfortunately Second process each piece is placed by hand and same for the 3rd.. Then when a "hot" job comes in thats not vaper related it gets the priority.

    The bore is about 5.5mm at it's narrowest on the Router tips. It has a bit of a wider top and tapers, no inner shelf. ;) ETA: There will be plenty to go around making 2k+ pcs. Part of the reason for a price reduction. ;)

    We wont do brass or copper caps. I don't have a desire to kill my customers. Copper creates copper oxide. (Google is side effects) All brass contains lead, even naval brass has lead. There IS no such thing as lead free brass. If anyone says otherwise, they are lying.

    I use an ultrasonic every now and again when I pull my reo apart to clean its internals as well. If you dont have access to an ultrasonic, you can use alcohol. Let it soak in there for a bit to help break up the gunky stuff. Then rinse in hot water.. if you wanna do what I do to help rinse...
