I like to use a smaller wrap diameter for my mundy coils, they usually come out to about .5ohms and lower, with most of the bottom side covered with the fluffiest cotton possible. Try using a few less wraps, and crimp the connecting portion to make sure you get a nice tight...

    This was kind of a wierd post, but I didn't know if anyone had ever drilled these crazy types of holes. Has anybody ever tried the "cyclone" style airflow? Do you just stagger the holes, or angle it? I don't know.
