    The 'foundation' bit is key and not to be ignored. The FDA is essentially poking their head into the party and saying, "Hey, we wanna run this show!" And if we let them, party is over. Dump the keg, turn on the lights, send the DJ home and put on the smooth jazz, bend over, and enjoy your diet soda.

    Use a small screwdriver to push on the deck and get it loose, through the hole where your drip tip goes. Then use a tiny bit of juice to lubricate the o-rings so it's easier to work with afterward.

    I know that if I was going to go on the attack and try and wrap my hands around vaping's neck, I would certainly go for the nicotine. It's the Achilles heel for vaping, the one thing they can truly tax and regulate. The rest is batteries and candy flavorings and fancy metal tubes.
