    Put it in, when you first start feeling a buzz, take it out, after a little while when you are back to normal, put it back in, Repeat as needed. :)

    They are good (but Snus is better :)), but they release the nicotine quick. If you are OK with regular Snus like General Mint, then the 4mg ON! Nicotine pouches should be fine. PM me your address and I'll send you some samples to try, no charge. :) Big Mistake :facepalm: I did the same thing...

    The reason you had a problem with the nicotine gum is it does not have enough nicotine in it (I have some old ones laying around, dated 2007 :facepalm: and they are only 2mg). Once I started using nicotine pouches and Snus (mostly Snus), that provide nicotine I need, I don't feel a need to vape...

    I found that out several years ago. I was even having trouble with 50/50. I mix my own now and go no higher than 30% VG, normally 70/30, but some at 75/25. VG is not good if you have COPD, from my experience. One advantage of higher PG is more flavor. :)

    I do have COPD, I have to take breathing medication daily, sucks, but it helps. I went to Snus to keep from inhaling anything I didn't need to. I still like vaping, but I am doing it a Lot less now that I use Snus.
