Play with the builds.....single....double....get some drill bits with different diameters....wick in different ways....move the coils up..down...closer to the air hole...further....try rayon....close your air hole off...open it...

    He said 24 GA.....6/5 wrap.......with a 2mm dial coil that yields .5 ohms. His. .05 is incorrect. I suspect the. .02 ohm Helios may be off also.
