Myself and others are using 50/50 with no problems. I recommend playing around with you wicking before trying a new juice. Just my 2 cents. Whoops, I see now that you have tried different wicking. Sorry, not sure what to recommend now. HD -

I use them as well. That is probably why I remembered you mentioning it. I agree with the less airflow than the serpent statement. I do like how easy the bachelor is to fill. Usually I don't have to take it off the mod to do this. My serpents come off to fill. Easier to invert the tank when... -

One of my serpent has a little rough threading. One time when filling, I thought it was all the way closed when it wasn't. Had a little leaking. Not sure if you are experiencing the same thing or not. I also turn mine upside down before opening. HD -
