    I LOVE the looks of pdibs mods, but have discovered I don't like bottom feeds. I can use my kayfuns on an MCM, though if he doesn't hurry up with this batch I may get another 'vari and wait for a later run. At the moment my selection is woefully low.

    Nope, 2ohms is perfectly fine on a Provari, that's what's great about vv, you just crank the volts up a bit and you are good to go. You only really need to aim low if you are using a mech.

    The MVP has different limits built into it than the Provari, it will fire lower than a lot of other regulated mods, might just not be catching whatever the 'vari is reading as a short.     One thing you might want to check, I've noticed with my Russian 91% that once in awhile the adjustable screw will loosen the post that it is threaded into, which in turn holds tight the build area.
