Understanding? Hell the ecig is how I stopped smoking. By the way I am one of the TSA employees that were eluded to by Jim. I work in Orlando International so if you are going through there feel free to send me a message and Ill meet up with you. I cant take you through security but Ill vape...
I'd let it go myself but I can not say for certain that all TSO's would simply because the liquids technically are not in a quart sized clear plastic bag. If you arent planning on having other liquids with you in one then you can try it and play dumb if they say something about it. Or you could...
There is no document stating that PVs are allowed. The list would be too long to try and list everything that is allowed through security. Unless something is listed on the prohibited items list it is allowed through.
Oh Ive been around. My hours at work changed so most of the questions have already been answered by the time I see them. I typically just lurk until I see something I can help out with.
First off don't take it through the metal detector unless you like walking back and forth with a high pitched sound going off. A PV is mostly made of metal and metal detectors detect...well, they detect metal and it will ring every time. Send it through the Xray machine and there shouldnt be any...
first off I would like to say though I do think of myself as a rather intelligent person I do not feel I am a genius though thanks for the compliment:p. Second There should be no issues with your PCC going through security. There is a plethora of very sophisticated equipment there at the...
Well there are actually a few people at MCO who work at TSA that vape. We pretty much all use 901's though I bring out my 510 from time to time when Im running low on 901 attys. Feel free to say hi or what not next time you see me. Im there 10 hours a day so chances are youll see me again.
Like Jim Davis said if neatly packed there are less worries of questioning. Keep in mind TSA are not investigators and you wont be pulled to some dark room for interrogation. You will just be asked what it is at the lane you are on.
Don't remind me. I'm having flashbacks to the last one I did. They are not down here quite yet though. I will take an IMA over the PSE's any day of the week.
Yes the Nicostick will be fine. just be open about what it is and allow any tests to be done that they request. That is of course only if they check it out.
A question I cant answer... I have no idea about Australian rules, sorry.
I use 901 carts in my 510 myself. they are a snug fit but it works and they seem to hold more liquid. I just got a fresh supply of them not too long ago so if you want I could hook you up with a couple.
I would link you to the faq but you are already here:lol:. the answer you seek though is yes. you can carry your liquid in your quart size plastic bag as long as you have no container labelled more than 3.4oz or 100ml.
Yes, nicotine is a drug but it is legal so there is no reason why you should be cautious about bringing it through TSA. Just treat it like any other liquid and make sure it is under 100ml and put it in your quart sized clear plastic bag...
They are still new and many people have no clue what they are. I have found that referring to them as personal vaporizers gets less negative reactions than electronic cigarette because of all the negativity involved with the word cigarette.
