cool - thanks for that - added to my cart
just a quick question regarding the poly-fuses...
I see that you're using two 7A poly-fuses in parallel - that is effectively doubling the trip current yeah? - approximately - not factoring in the heat derating etc..
But I ask because the fuses you...
only one thing stopping me from doing this - McmAster Carr - going to order the screws and the brass expansion inserts but they do not inform you of the shipping cost at the checkout - and As I live in the UK - this is important as they could royally fleece me on shipping :(
anyone know where...
The E7's are basically a pre-order to get hold of one- the link is one the top of their web page in the appropriate section.
But - the pre-orders are currently closed whilst they catch up with manufacturing them...- I signed up for one in April - still waiting!!
I assume mine is one of the...
This is pretty much EXACTLY what I have been doing - I have 3 lengths of 2mm silica stuffed into the base and blocking the fluid port and also have stuffed it with cotton to ensure the hole remains blocked by the wick - I get no leaking during use - only during filling...
I'll have another look...
I've had an Eviva-t for a few days now - and it vapes extremely well - performance is good however can you tell me is there any way that you can fill this thing WITHOUT wasting about 0.5-1ml of juice every time??
You fill it up but as soon as you put the top cap back on it inevitably forces...
OH the only thing I would like to see - a choice of currency denomination - I get dollars I'd prefer to have a choice there for say £'s etc... - just a small thing - not important but would just be nice is all! :)
Downloaded this last night and gave it a run through this evening - loving it - has everything I have always longed for and desired in a juice calculator - few little irks that I may or may not mention in time - depends on whether I can just live with them or if they really grate my goat! LOL...
I've found from experience that that diameter gives the best compromise - the missus prefers a tight draw and prefer a looser draw and that diameter bore coupled to adjustments with the AFC can satisfy both our requirements :)
Indeed Perseas - I would even go so far as to state that I would only consider widening the bore IF despite having tried everything else the gurgling is still present - which means that with the juice that the owner is using -- the viscosity does not suit the bore diameter as standard and then I...
Even though I advised along time ago about enlarging the bore on the bell and the team did indeed do this - I have since found that when I received my replacement bell it was still prone to a bit of gurgle - nowhere near as bad as originally but still present - I measured found that the makers...
yes - the newer RM2's have the one taller pin which makes this a distinct possibility for anyone - the older ones with the lower connectors probably wouldn't be nowhere near as prone to it happening..
Tonight I had my first ever hot spring collapse on me and subsequent melting of the bottom of the delrin push button - prompting an order for spares from Rob.
I could not figure out what had happened - everything seemed to be just right and nothing seemed out of order and I had been vaping just...
I have a second hand one like this also - if I knew how to disassemble the RM2 safely without braking anything then the easiest way to deal with discolored ceramic is to torch it with a butane torch...
On a frequency device the voltage meter I use will simply display 999 and flash stroboscopically - but on the Reo+Kick2 there is NO readout at all - which is puzzling...
and that clicking noise from the kick2 is CONSTANTLY there - 24/7 even with a fresh battery...
Hey batteries are £10-£13 EACH HERE IN THE UK. That's a LOT of money for six batteries!
ESPECIALLY when you have six ALREADY. They're just lacking in the nipple department,,
My brother has a multitude of 18500 batteries and has just acquired a Reo Grand on my recommendation - I suggested that he use his existing batteries with a Kick2 and he promptly ordered one.
It arrived today and I installed it for testing - he was OK with the removal of the powder coating on...
OK - taking all your advice re: magnets on board - I'm intrigued by the soldering of a nipple onto the battery but I have to ask what are the safety issues with heating the top connector of the battery up to the point where you can get satisfactory solder flow and adhesion? SURELY that isn't...
Well aside from sending the battery to a plastic surgeon to correct it's anatomical problem there is a simple easy way to put a nipple onto a nipple-less battery.
Well it needs clarification first - all batteries have nipples - but the Reo looks to me was designed for the type of battery whose...
