    I think you'll get used to the feel of it in your mouth. I would suggest using the Sonicare brush (instead of the aftermarket one) until you get used to it. I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months, so I change brush heads after every cleaning.

    My Sonicare runs for two minutes in 30 second segments. I do one quadrant of my mouth per segment, and then usually do another 30 second segment for good measure. General, if yours has 2 speed/intensity settings, make sure you've got it set on the lower setting.

    That's what I want. And I want a 1,000 gallon propane tank to feed it. Propane isn't the most efficient fuel, but it never goes bad like gasoline does. Diesel would be my second choice.

    General, I agree on the 2nd opinion. Certainly can't hurt, and it might be enlightening. I've been using a SoniCare for years. They are really good and you should buy one regardless of how the second opinion turns out.

    That's exactly what we do too. It grosses me out when I see people put dishes in a dishwasher that haven't at least been rinsed off.
