I've been ordering from WL about 5 months now.. Either it is a nic order with a few flavors, or 20 bucks or so of flavors. I mixed up about 30 fifteen ml botles worth of vape juice on sunday and I had so many little vials alllll over my kitchen table. The pile of empty vials to be washed and...
Yes lemon juice. either from the big bottle used in cooking, or from the little plastic lemons you buy at the store filled with juice. Some people mix a little vinegar with vtheir juice (I havent tried that though).
TPA mint candy is strong at 2%.. *cringe* I just mixed a little with my FW...
Beware, Carmel Cappuccino is best at 1 drop per 10 ml. It would be best to do research on the usual % used for each flavor. Then tailor your mix accordingly. I have heard Huckleberry is also quite potent, but not sure what % to mix it at (I used .5% in a mix of other berries)
Check out the...
I found the loranns in the arts and crafts section of some walmarts. Not in the food section. In arts and crafts you will find some candy and fancy cake decorating supplies. They do not have much of a selection though, last time I went they had just raspbery and strawberry. I did find some at...
My husband has a long list of formulas before he gets to the recent stuff. By the time he gets to it the steep time is about 3-4 weeks :)
I've been busy
I am not certainly an expert. I play around and my husband loves my mixes. 20% flavoring seems a little high to me. Lately I have been messing around with layering flavors. and not all my trials have been sucessful (more than not). It takes time and trials to find out what works where. Play...
Wizard labs carries flavors Nic, PG and VG. I mix it at 50/50 vg/pg. In a pinch and you have to buy locally you can use the Walmart Humco brand VG. As long as it says USP on it. (you can find the same brand a little cheaper at Publix). You can locate it at the pharmacy isles near first aid...
I use EM, which is the same as TPA Cotton Candy. It is 10% in a PG solution. I recently started mixing my own from powder. I have had no problem using it. I use about 1-2% on the back end.
I and my fellow DIY mixers have every right to buy our ingredients from any store and use them. USP VG is USP VG. USP PG is USP PG. If *I* choose to purchase my DIY items online or pick them up locally it is my choice. I do not wish to wait for my VG and PG so I get it locally. Is that a crime?
You MUST allow some time for your mixes. My husband did not wait when I started this mad scientist mixing thing. everything I made he gave me a sour face after 1 or 2 days. After a week it is good, 2 it is wonderful. I have a 10 flavor batch thats been steeping 4-5 weeks. He had one of them...
The $2.49 six oz VG from publix is not a myth. One store on the way home didnt have any, but at another right next to the baindaids and it is there. The same brand walmart now sells for over 4 bucks. Bread and VG at the same time. I bought 3 bottles.
There was a nice root beer float on the recipes forum
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-liquid-recipes/312812-made-awesome-root-beer-float.html
11% tpa root beer
3% tpa French vanilla
When I started I looked at mixes others had made and either used them or tweaked them a little. Then I knew what % *someone* liked.
E-Liquid Recipes
Then again taste is subjective, and what someone liked may taste like pants to you, but I have found most of them work well for me.
Just bought 72 15ml amber bottles w/ caps off of ebay for 29.00 free shipping.
Sad thing is I filled 55 of them already. Was thinking xmas presents to those I have converted off stinkies :)
Glass all the way.
Also, wiz labs often has sales on glass. I bought some blue 30ml dropper bottles...
