I still have some 36mg DIY base from Oct 2013 but have used up the reg 25mg unflavored from my last order. My dilemma at the moment is if I want to try 17 and 21 or stick with the 25mg

yes. yes it does. everyone else I buy from does it. Makes a lot of sense to encourage a person to add just a bit more sometimes to get the free shipping. yep.

Yes. I posted about them a day or 2 ago. Right out of the mailbox no less. Usually I must let things age a week or more before I like them at all.

Yup. Although I've never had luck with koolada the few times I added a drop to any mix, the whole batch kind of congealed. Off-putting...I threw out that bottle of koolada and the resulting mixes. They tasted menthol'ish but oddly too strong and not kool.

No newsletter here either but I used to always get them which is very much appreciated.
I don't always hang in every vendor thread day after day so wouldn't necessarily know about sales. I depend on newsletters and wish more suppliers used them:) Although my purse is glad I don't see ALL...
