If you just want to let it sit and absorb juice without fiddling with it, you have to let it sit for a really, really long time. There is a lot of wick in there, and it takes several hours - you'll see the level of the juice in the tank go down by about a third by the time it's done. IMO, if... -

The double tank looks really interesting. Wish it wasn't a bottom coil, but, oh, well. Hey, Chris - how does it work, exactly? Are the two tanks separated, or is it just two parallel coils? I think I'd love to try that one - just because it's different. :D (Curiosity strikes again. I...
