    It was a good question. I'll take the lid off my juice bottles and set the tank with the carto, threads inside the bottle to let the excess juice drain. No waste this way when you get some juice down the center hole.

    Four years of vaping I started at 24mg and overtime reduced it down to 16mg. However, I currently find my sweet spot at 18-20mg. Really depends on the delivery system, low volt or high volt.
