After reading through the other thread, it makes more sense. The cartos SI uses can't handle more than 4 volts, so that could cause a lot of issues. Either they would limit a VV to 4 volts max, or people would end up blowing cartos with it
Maybe try cleaning the threads and post with some rubbing alcohol. Just make sure you give it a few hours to air out afterwards, vaping with rubbing alcohol residue on there isn't pleasant
The best you can do is shake it out, then blow it out. If you don't want to give it a day or 2 to really dry out, just get it as best as you can, but the first half of a fill or so will taste watery
I started smoking around 13-14, got up to a pack a day by 14-15, 23 now.
I didn't want to quit, it just happened. I had tried e-cigs years ago, the first Ruyans that came to the US. Those things were more horrible than you can imagine, so I didn't stay with them very long, abandoned vaping for...
I've had it take longer to order from somewhere close to me. Not too long ago, I ordered some ink from a business that's about 60-70 miles from my house. They sent it out within a day or 2, but it took USPS 8 days to get it to me. I could have walked to the store and gotten it faster :mad...
My last order took a few days before it shipped. They've been a bit overloaded lately, apparently. It's all made to order, so it'll always take at least a couple days to be made, but my last order took 4-5 days to process.
Definitely worth the wait though, wonderful juice. Gandalf is a...
If you want something resembling an analog cigarette, a Volt is a great way to go. The equipment is dependable and produces great vapor, and Smokeless Image has some of the best customer service around. They also have the X2 if/when you want a battery that's a bit bigger.
A Volt kit is what got...
I wish I could help but that's a hard time for me as well. It really comes down to force of will for me, I still want that rush of nicotine you get from an analog when I first wake up.
I had to bury my analogs somewhere deep in my desk at night. That way it was too much work to dig them out...
I always hold it in my mouth for a second before I inhale. That's the only way to get the nic, your lungs can't absorb it from vapor like they can from smoke. And I need my nic
The Nanos are wonderful, they're the only thing I use if I can help it. Just make sure you tighten the cap all the way after you fill it so it doesn't leak all over the place
I'm still upset, that's the one I used the most. I have an old coffee cup on my desk that all of my batteries normally sit in, but yesterday I had another cup full of water I was soaking Nanos and cartos in. Guess which one my 78 got dropped in because I wasn't paying attention? :(
It still...
I second this. I don't care if buying it feels girly, the stuff comes in handy all the time for small plastic repairs. Every guy should have some in his toolbox, as far as I'm concerned
Personally, I'm not that interested in variable voltage. I feel like I would get it where I liked it then never change it again.
Who am I kidding, I would buy a VV X2 just because it was available, new toys are hard to resist :)
If you want something that will work with your current cartos, check out Smokeless Image. They make 808 stuff, a mini (Volt) and an ego style (X2). They're much more reliable than V2, and they have amazing customer service.
I'll just throw in the standard warning: if you want to DIY, be aware that concentrated nicotine is dangerous. It can kill you, even just getting it on your skin, and it doesn't take much at the high concentrations. So wear gloves and be careful.
I'll add a vote for Heather's Heavenly Vapes. Gandalf and Pirate's Booty are great, I can't decide which is my favorite.
You should also check out ECBlend. They don't sell sample packs per se, but they sell 5ml bottles of juice for $2.50. It's a great size for samples (and actually cheaper than...
Well, it all depends on the juice I guess. Every fruit flavor I've tried hasn't needed more than a day with the cap off to clear up the perfume taste then they were ready to go. It's always tobaccos and coffees that I need to steep more. Being all VG may have something to do with yours though...
