    The carto is most likely flooded. Blow out the airtube until there is no more juice coming out. If it still persists after many attempts to clear then you punctured the inside tube and juice will continually leak in.     I wouldn't be surprised if it arrives in 100% VG. They probably just haven't updated their website to support the VG options. AVE didn't seem too concerned when I brought it to their attention. They stated there are so many companies that by in bulk it's hard to remember.
