    What kit did you get? Half the battle is learning how to use the delivery system. There's a learning curve and a bit of muss and fuss to get used to with all of them. It's hard to tell you more without knowing what you ordered.

    Actually, they are both dehydrating. PG maybe a little more. However, even those with 100% of either need to up their intake of fluids.

    The 100 mg is mixed with either pg or vg, whichever way you order it. Then you cut it with more pg/vg whichever way you prefer. But, like I said 100 mg nic juice is still pretty hazardous and needs a lot of precaution with gloves, eyegear, masks to be safe. That's why I always order 50 mg...
