    Welcome to ECF. I would recommend starting with an ego style battery, with a vivi nova, or cartomizer tank. Can't go wrong with the boge carto's in a tank. Good Luck

    I would probably add the DW after the mix. That way you will have good idea as to how thick it will be, and add DW accordingly. I have never use brown sugar, so I can't comment. I use ez-sweetz to sweeten my mixes.

    I would start with 5% on the double ry4. See how you like it there. Like I said earlier, I use it at 10%, but I like a little more flavor. As cedric said try mixing a small batch without nic, at 5%. Make adjustments from there.

    I'm still confused about the pga. I use the double ry4 straight up at 10%, and its fine to me, not too strong. But I digress, Yes you would follow the picture posted by cedric, if your base nic is 100, your target nic level is 24, and your making 3 ml.If not then you need to change those values.

    Some venders sell pre-punched carto. You can also do it yourself. You can find carto punches at most vender. easy pesy. the tanks are designed to slide the carto in. You fill them with liquid, and prim you carto with liquid, and your off.
