Hey I just thought of something, in all our knowledge and experience did anyone suggest to GN to try turning his PV around and sucking from the drip tip? Maybe there was some truth to that ion metallic taste problem he was having!!
Maybe we should get a care package together for Old GN,. I'll start calling mental health facilities and see if we can track him down..... Honestly he shouldn't be that hard to find.... I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist... Mental illness is no laughing matter and I'm sure he battles that...
Which post are you referring to?
On a side note, all my mixes are 30 %pg 70%vg in case others are wondering. I did vape a 50/50 mix and didn't have any issues either but that was a "special" occasion for me. I usually vape high vg.
The only time I have had an off flavor was with a cinnamon mix. I raised the voltage a bit for a while and then went back down to normal voltage and it disappeared but I'm sure it's going to need cleaning soon. No dry hits so far.
I think it really comes down to this, do you want to smoke or do you want to vape. If you can't live with the issues that come with either hobby/habit then you should just quit all together. Most of us overcome the issues we have when vaping but it seems you can't. For what ever the reason...
You did say your diy'ing your own liquids, one thing that will help with gurgling would be to increase your VG %. You didn't mention what your ratio is now but maybe try a 70% vg mix. This will also help a little with leakage too. I was a vivi user for quite some time and have tried all the...
I will second this opinion. I have just about every clearomizer out there. The Nautilus has out performed all of the others for me. I don't compare my clearos to my rebuildables but this is the first one that comes very close to a good Kayfun built properly. I use the clearos for going out...
I purchased the Nautilus from my B&M for $36 bucks which for a B&M I thought was a pretty good price. It's pricey no doubt but I tried the aspire vivi tank a while back and loved the flavor but it had a very tight draw due to the location on the airholes. The new nautilus is done right when it...
The reference I made to "pop" I meant when the coil no longer fires. Dead... Sorry for the confusion. The popping your talking about is pretty normal if your a slow draw kind of person. That has a lot to do with airflow or lack thereof. The more air you allow into your tank the less popping...
Yeah, there's nothing wrong with lower voltages at all. While raising your voltage MARGINALLY shortens the life of your coil, I tend to start a new coil off around 3.9 and work my way up through the life of the coil. The buildup on the coil changes vapor and taste production. To be totally...
Your not doing anything wrong.
Start with your voltage low and raise it until you like the taste/warmth/vapor production.
If it starts to taste a little burnt turn it down a bit. This does not damage your coil unless your putting way to much voltage to it and it pops your coil. The more...
GN is part of the "special" 2%er's. What defines special and on which side of the spectrum he falls in is what I'm not so sure about. Most folks that I know that brag about being smart are not. Some people are constantly chasing their weaknesses. To each their own. All of the things Ive...
I read some where that the serial numbers on the original are more rounded than the clones, but I really can't add more than that without talking out of my wazoo. I'm sure someone will chime in here that knows for sure.
