    lol no clue then, I've cooked with wine and beer and never had any effect like that. On a side note, beer and chicken sounds terrible lol. What kind of seasonings did you use? Edit: Also my daughter has had chicken that was cooked in a red wine sauce, I know I would have noticed her being drunk =)
