    Well not quite. $9 is on average the price of semi premium smokes. Premium 20pack of smokes like Belmont Milds, Benson & Hedges or DuMarier it can be anywhere from $10 - $12 depending on where you buy it from :(

    Malty Toffee has almost no throat hit, atleast I don't get any at 18mg. Try using it in a carto or a genesis style atomizer (stainless steel mesh wick) like the Phoenix RBA to amp up the throat hit a little.
