    I had a shipment that customs held onto for 5 weeks then finally sent it to me . I just had another one held for just over 3 weeks and received notice that it cleared and is enroute. Man they really are on a roll right now.

    I would blame the cigarettes mostly but also remember if you vape a lot up your water intake. Dehydration can make your skin very dull and doughy like and make the fine lines more noticeable.
