I presume you are an adult and you have read up on nicotine and the possible addiction to it. If you have then by all means try vaping and I would start with 0 nic and not go over 6mg. I would rather you start vaping to relax than go to prescriptions drugs which are even more addicting. Good...- jensy

RED TAIL - Should we go 100% VG?
