The update worked fine for me. I have V1.00 hardware and updated from v1.02 firmware. I use standard power mode and so far so good. If they could add temp control for SS coils I'd be in heaven.- CorallineAlgae

I feel you. The drip tip on mine gets very hot. I like the Erlk but it just gets too hot for my liking and I never vape it above 12w. I have a Lemo and an Orchid V4. I highly recommend the Lemo. It has terrific airflow, never leaks a drop, and it's so easy to build on.
