    Also drink LOTS of water...more than you think. Vaping takes moisture from your body and is dehydrating. I didn't know that when I first stared and got dehydrated. It will help and it will help your system flush the toxins as well. Cheers.

    It's 1/2 yellow. I use the VV passthrough I got from Eric to pull the Vision Ego cartos (stardust) apart- it seems very sturdy and I have put a good bit of force on it. If that helps any.

    I made sure to order the same flavor- yes, it was supposed to be RY4 Gold. I just checked and both orders were for RY4 Gold. The new bottle label says RY4 only- no Gold mentioned on the label.
