NI200 coils...standard or micro?
I've been trying micro coils and I'm really starting to hate this chip. 2mm ID micro with 30g Ni200 11 wraps came out to .19 but it bounces between .18 and .20 At 400-430 degrees and 10 watts it flashes Temp Protected constantly.- jrs99

Vapinart was very responsive when I contacted them. They at least handled my issue quickly. So far regular kanthal builds work beautifully however I've yet to get temp control to work. -

I feel the exact same way Yankee. I went through a bunch before I found GP. Atmomixani, GG, Zen, Kayfun, etc... Now they're all gone except for the Zenisis which was my first mechanical. It never gets used and I think about selling it all the time...just not sure I could get much for it. I am... -

How did I miss this post?!? Another Ti owner who treats his TiX properly... Like the true workhorse tool that it is! Can't say mine's been through the abuse yours has but I definitely don't baby this thing :D The Rolex Submariner of the vaping world! -

I just got finished working mine. I probably spent about 45 minutes working all of the threads but everything is nice and smooth now. I did find squirting a little foam hand soap into the connection every so often really helped to get any residual titanium dust out. -

Nope the X converter does not come with it. If he didn't work the threads then do not use it until you work them. I had my first Ti seize up when it was new and its a real scary feeling when it does. Once you get them mated up though you're golden. -

Dude, if you feel you need an X then yes the Ti is the best thing going! You will ....ing love it! Ok I think I've got it this time. Sure enough the 510 screw on the Spheroid was a little loose. Tightened it up and this build seems stable :) This time it's twisted 30g micro around 12 wraps coming it @ .14. It's set for 400 and @ 15.5 watts I haven't seen the TP kick in. -

Bah! I can not get a Ni build to work. Just built a beautiful micro 11 wraps of 28g on a Spheroid and it says Check Atomizer. I know the connections are tight. This is gonna take some time... On a better note I'm sitting here with Spheroid full of Boba's with a 1.0 micro in kanthal at 15 watts... -

So far...I'm not but I'm still working on it. It's acting weird. Ni200 build and most of the time it shows volts instead of temp. Have it set to 15 watts but while vaping it I'm seeing wattage hit 39.9w and switching back and forth between volts and temp. This is with spaced coils, 28g Ni200... -

Got my VF back yesterday and everything looks good. Vapinart handled it very well. I asked if they'd make sure I got a good one and they did. I got a call Monday from their tech Herman and he said they had 2 Flasks. A silver one which is what I'd originally ordered but the top button stuck out... -
