They tell me the tubes will be available March 28....assuming everybody is asking for them. But a friend has found his Kamry tube screws on and with an extended cap from a zmax fits an 18490. Actually is looks pretty cool. Trying to get him to post it here.
Here's what I can tell for sure at this point:
The Zmax telescope tubes screw on. One has the body grooves the other from the flat top has the fine circumferential lines.
The Vamo tube screws on and has to use its cap. Problem here is the diameter is smaller (skinnier) but it takes an 18350...
I agree Mad....I too prefer the shorter tube and spare batts. We just don't have them at this time. They actually are telling me soon for an 18490/500....just tonight. But while we're waiting I do have some options we can talk about offline.
As to performance we should see the independent...
Therin lies the rub.....nobody is carrying just tubes. I've been asked enough times that we're going to bring some in but we don;t have any at the moment. That being said they all use the same thread....zmax tubes fit on as well. SO while not listed we have some options if absolutely...
I have not tried the NCR's...we just recommend IMR's which doesn't mean others wouldn't work and the NCRs are a fine battery.... Not sure if protected versions and the board will get along though.
The short Legend tube screws right on but the finish is shiny vs blasted. And have to keep in...
The 20W has landed! Here's its own thread:

Sigelei brings us a pretty darn nice 20W mod here. They're using the SX200 chip here and its quite a performer. Some might like to say its a clone but its not. Yes it has the same parameters as another popular 20W chip but its not a clone. In fact there's alot more in the works from that...
They have already been very popular. The 'frantic' shaking I would chock up to reviewers doing a poor job in my opinion. I think you talk to anyone who has the original the shaking is somewhat calm as opposed to frantic....I consider it more of a waving motion and have never had to remove the...
the Legend is back in stock!!! With a slight improvement! To enter the menu now its 5 button presses and no more shaking. However to exit the menu 2 gentle shakes are still required. Its still a major improvement if you didn't like the shaking as the entry was way more then the exit...
ahhhhh....the 100% VG is the problem and the wicking can't keep up. Not suggesting you switch from the high VG but its important to understand that it doesn't wick as well due its higher viscosity. So the juice can't keep up with the coil burn rate being the result. Slower draws and lower...
I took a legend apart and it was not easy. But once apart it can be replaced however buying a single board won;t be worth the effort IMO. PLus the 470 is going to require a USB connection which then requires the accommodation on the mod itself. So its a bit of a redesign. I suspect they will...
Thanks for the update Rat2!
The reviewers do a good job of getting the public information about devices. Yes they sometimes get carried away with nit picking things and ramble on far too long and appear quite enamored with themselves but by and large they provide a good service to consumers...
