Upgrade is imminent!
150W ridiculous - be safe - and read the safety statement that will accompany it.
Can disable the gravity sensor - but you need to go back in a re-enable the flip screen
New Eco mode but really all it does is limit the mod to 40W or 40J......to stop comparisons to battery...
what we have here is the classic case of everybody being spoiled. I'm going to remind everyone that owns DNA's they had to buy a new chip every time there;'s an upgrade or new version....including locking resistance on temp board is my understanding....but dont know 1st hand....not the...
Update:
Good news folks....YiHi tells me they can open up those 4 solder points to use with the switches. Software update coming for it....remember we went through this with the original 35w chip so I asked if they could do the same here :) They say yes and will for us in May...
If it hasn't been yet this should be posted around today:
Statement Regarding slight Buzzing noise in Joule mode:
Under the Joule mode, the chip is constantly controlling the temperature and making adjustments to maintain the setting. As a result, there may be a slight hum or buzzing while...
Its going to handle it fine. Its going to sense the higher input voltage and switch it to 120W in Power mode.....it doesn;t care what kind of battery and how many....its based on the input voltage only. Plenty of folks are running Lipos on the regular mini board.
Every unit I have touched and the test boards we have run emitted a buzz in temp mode. We chalked it up to the constant resistance checking thats occurring because its only in Temp mode .... and forgot about it.
I will get an official response from YiHi as soon as possible. I personally do...
Pretty sure I posted these from the mini.....should be same for J board.

I took the weekend off.....funny I don;t feel any more rested though!
Leave the buttons alone and tap off of them. We did this on the 1st production run of the regular mini board. Just takes a little patience. Unless you are an experienced surface mount hand solderer you will likely ruin...
Great to hear vlad. The chip is a notch above the other chips. Check the busardo review on the S class I sent him. The M is the same base platform.
By the way Sx J chips are now shipping :)
In temp mode it stops at 50J regardless of batt configuration. At least on the last software I tested which should be the one loaded on the mods. Will gave to check an actual mod I suppose when I get a chance. In power mode it goes to 120w with series set up.
