Well, I think they should make it a point to take you through the process before they tell you to send it back. I have cleaned mine and I just cleaned it again. I'll see if it happens again before I send it. Did your screen go out on one side only and did you keep getting E1, E3, E4 and E8...- Freedombadeaux

Well, I'm into about 2 months of owning one and already the digital window isn't working. I have to send it back with any of my equipment I'm using with it along with the battery so they can test it.
