Yes it's resolved now. They emailed me back a few hours after I emailed them. I sent them the photos right away to save on the back and forth.
Gave them the tracking number to show it was just delivered 15 mins prior and I emailed them right after. Just to cover all areas saying I did it and...
I know it's just cosmetics but I would've liked it to be near flawless. Pictures doesn't show the full details of the scratches all around the mod.
I feel like it was a used returned mod and was carried in pockets with misc things.
Emailed Vapor Hub and they are sending me a replacement. But...

Looking good Tom. I love the Kennedy. But I fubar mines up. Tried to drill the post holes up and I clamp too hard. It's all weird now. But luckily it's just a clone.
If your liking claptons I would suggest looking into higher gauge Nichrome80 for the wraps. Like 34,36,40 gauge wires. The ramp up time will be quicker. Or even 32 Nichrome.
When it starts to triangle up, grab your pliers and squeeze the 3 wires flat where you already alien Clapton and in front of it.
You got to start slow and no tension on the alien like regular claptons. Once I put tension my wires triangle up.

Using straight kanthal should work in your RX200. If you were using Nichrome80 I can be sure it'll be lower in ohms.
The RX200 can read from .1-and above in VW mode.
