    How often do you mix?

I make mine in 240ml batches all one flavor. I freeze rather then refrigerate half and fill about 4-30ml bottles that I leave in my vape box. When I have run out of that I go ahead and fill again. Then I make another batch. so I always have back-ups. The 120ml lasts about a month. Just remember-...

How is vaping in public recieved in your country/area?

Here in the Miami area a casino that use to allow vaping now says I have to go outside. The Walmart here says no smoking or e-cigs inside. I never vape in stores anyway. But, the casino thing really bothers me.

    What's your set up?

Welcome to ECF! I currently am using a typical Tootle-Puffers set-up. A clouper mini and a Kangertech mini. I use their 1.2Ω or 1.5Ω (ohm) coils. I always vape at 18.4 watts. I get loads of vapor and enjoy the heck out of it. I can make my own coils, but, I am just a little lazy and a pre-made...

Using blender or juicer to mix juice

If you read some of the threads on mixing there is a good reason to mix it so some bubbles form. And in that regard those stick mixers are wonderful. What it does, is make it so the "steeping" is already done. I use mine for about 3 minutes in my caramel flavored juice and I never have to steep...

How often do you crave a cig?

The Whole Tobacco Alkaloid (WTA) helps some with cravings. It might be good to have some on hand. I, too, sometimes feel like a cig, even after 5 years of vaping. I resist and just go hide out and power vape for a while. I really felt like i could never ever quit cigs, so, I do not care if I...

Is it "bad" to pre-mix unflavored ejuice?

As you can see lots of us pre-mix BIG batches. I typically make 240ml of juice to last me about 2-3 months. Half goes in the freezer and half is bottled and left out in a cool dark place. Use a good juice calculator to get the base right. As some have said adding flavoring does change the % of...

    What's your small victory?

Great victories for all of you guys and gals. Being smoke free is my victory. Making my own juice is second. Vaping is the only way I could have ever given up smoking. I would "fake" trying to quit, knowing I had a pack in a spare purse, just in case. I was never, ever really going to quit. Then...

Reps Cole & Bishop Introduce New Vape Bill

I hope they are successful. Considering we have come so far with gear in the last five years of my vaping, the current gear we have, this year, is effective enough to get those who want to quit smoking into vaping and save some lives. I got off cigs with a cig-a-like, so they do work. I use to...

    Stop the DIY madness

That was so funny. I have made my juice for 4 years now. And I only screwed up one batch. Thanks for the post.

    Funny comment from smoker

If you use "buttered" popcorn, you can get "popcorn lung", so ask if they like popcorn! There is are 2 reasons they tell you to open the bag away from your face. Popcorn vape!:pop:

    FDA New Products?

You are so right! It would be costly. I have 2 1/2 liters in freezer and will most likely get 2 more. That is a lot of years of nic. And I could always try to go lower on the nic. But at some point the nic will fade-even frozen. But, in the end I hope cooler heads prevail and we will follow the...

    Strong, good priced liquid?

Ecblends let you add double and up flavor to the base mix. And the best thing is you can buy large bottles from them. Their chocolate/hazelnut tobacco is my all time fav. I use to get extra shots of the flavor added to my 24mg/ml bottle. And their nic strangth goes to 36mg/ml. ($65 for 250ml.)

    FDA New Products?

There is a ray of hope for us. It seems that the [edited] industry has come out with some atomizers and batteries that may be a cross-over for vapers. So we may not be out of luck when it comes to gear to use after 8/18. Getting e-juice will be the problem. And if some of the e-cigs that may get...

    Five year Anniversary of vaping!

Well it has been a long strange trip! Such a change from the cig-a-likes I started out with. I now, DIY my own juice, I can make my own coils. I have been unable to cut the nic down, but as the whole point of vaping, for me, has been to not smoke, I am fine with that. (I am at 20mg/ml) I have...

Do you buy pre mixed liquids or mix your own?

80pg/20vg and 20mg/ml I use kangertech mini or nano tank with whatever coils I have- .5Ω 1.2Ω 1.8Ω and about 18w for all coils, for some reason it all seems like the same vapor output to me. I tried going lower on the nic with the .5Ω coil because everyone said I should, but it just did not...
