So disappointed
compared to other companies, returning things with V4L is a walk in the park. Sorry that you got some bad autos and cartos. Ive had that happen too. but Ive always had a good experience when returning defective stuff. Aside from a few days for the transaction, you dont have much to lose by...- Clover~
