    I had that issue at first, then I found out you can adjust the delrin ring in the switch. Now it sits flush with almost everything. Some work better wii flat top batteries though. Not sure if that helps you or not.

    Yes. The shiny ring above the switch. You twist it down until it blocks the switch from being able to fire. I hope it's not a problem. Other than that, I'm sure you will love it!

    Do you rebuild your protank coils? If not, I would be worried about it burning because the stock coils may not wick fast enough.
