    Yeah, I kept waiting for the amount saved to get close to what I've spent but it never did. Then today I noticed that it quit counting my time/analogs avoided/money saved over a month ago. No wonder they never got closer. Of course my ongoing spending didn't help. :laugh:

    I would certainly contact them with what you disliked about the other flavors you received. Mistakes are going to happen. Sounds like they handled it well. I've not needed to contact them directly but everything I've heard says the customer service is awesome.

    Good job not smoking! Amazing how hard it is sometimes even though i know it wouldn't taste good at all anymore. I think i remember that feeling of instant nicotine. It was relaxing and my brain associates it with stress relief. Sorry for the awful day.

    I have both. The Taifun sits exactly flush with the provari and is very sharp with a beauty ring. The kayfun is 1mm smaller. Noticeable but not unattractive.
