    Sure...read my post, then MOST importantly imo (and contrary to most posts by other ppl) is let those grounds steep for a couple of days before straining. Mix er up and forget about it for a bit...nice and easy. I find putting it in a sunny window sill helps too :) Good luck!

    Yep...I'd have gone with the apple cider vinegar :( Unlike some, I find it adds a richness to custard/buttery type juices. Try it next time and see what you think ;) Good luck with the EM!
