    Yes, imo it catches a lot of the finer particles that make it through the coffee filter. I would suppose the more layers you used the finer the filtration. Try it :)

    So Wizard Labs is FOS as well...man this just makes me mad! Especially after the big nic scandal seeing all the vendors posting things like 'we don't use Chinese nic' all over the place. :mad: I just ordered a test kit....will be testing every bottle from every vendor from now on.

    PG is normally used I think as a skin moisturizer...external use. I'd be afraid to use anything intended for that past the expiration date internally. It really isn't that expensive...I guess you just need to ask yourself if it's worth the risk...and try making smaller batches of juice in case...

    What I would do is this... Put your liquid (failed coffee extract) in the microwave and heat for 10 seconds...put some more (not the same ones lol!) coffee grounds in and add more liquid if you need to so that it looks like coffee soup. Put a lid on it and let it sit...at least overnight. Strain...

    I use coffee filters then filter the results again with a double layer of paper towel. Pib maybe, but it sure does work. As for using water (only) in an extraction, I would worry about that personally...bacteria, mold.....:blink:
