    I've tried a modded CE2 (this one involved complete disassembly, foil wrap, etc) and oh my...I'm way too old with less than steady hands to successfully get that one to work. I'm having trouble picturing this....do you have pictures?

It's like chocolate...there's milk chocolate, and dark chocolate...etc. You wouldn't say 'milk chocolate is too vague', or milk chocolate coffee doesn't taste...

    I really think what you need to try is this... If you normally mix something at 20%, try 10% instead and let it sit overnight at least. Try it, and if it's not strong enough, add a little more flavor and wait another day. Do this and see if it helps....let us know how it goes ok?

    I just meant that you could use one or the other and not be in a panic about not having 'Tart and Sour'....not that you should try to make your own ;) I have it (and tpa's sour as well) but find I get very good results with vinegar or lemon juice instead. :2c:
