    I feel like Steve Martin....

All I need is this 1000mAh eGo-T w/ USB...and some dualcoil cartos....and a drip tip...and some juice...and that's all I need! Just that and a Darwin and some new new 306 atomizers and drip tips and a gooseneck and that's it. Nothing else, just that and some juices from vendors I haven't tried...

    there goes my cash

The difference in "size" of the bigger versions of the eGo is really only a difference in length. I've gotten so used to the 1000mAH w/ USB (having the USB connection makes it a bit longer too) that the 650mAH ego looks w/ a LR306 atty/driptip looks a bit stubby in comparison, but the longer...

    New ecf member and e-cig!

Here's a more detailed view of an atomizer: Compared to a dual-coil cartomizer: If you look closely you can see that the heater coil is at the base of a regular atomizer and the cartridge acts as a "wick" to hold a larger amount of liquid that slowly makes its way to the atomizer. With a...

    there goes my cash

That sounds like you're off to a great start! You may not need any of these, here's some suggestions: I am currently loving the new dual coil cartomizers because they work very well on the eGo-T (especially w/ USB passthru so you can vape while it charges) and they work even better on "high...

    New ecf member and e-cig!

Sounds like you're doing fine. The problem with carts is that they don't always keep the atomizer "wet" enough and it can overheat and ruin the flavor, so many people skip the cartridge entirely and just drip directly onto the atomizer. A "drip tip" is a replacement for the cartridge which is...

5+ mls A Day, How Much Do You Vape?

That IS a good idea. If you actually have coffee, I suspect the heat will make the vapor disappear more quickly, and any visible vapor that escapes will look (and possibly smell) like hot coffee. Do it right and you'll look like somebody who's chewing on their pen and drinking coffee...

    New ecf member and e-cig!

It gets confusing because there are actually MULTIPLE wicks in an atomizer. Starting at the bottom is a small bit of absorbent material that is in direct contact with the heating coil--that is technically "the wick" and what is removed if an atomizer has been "de-wicked". Above that is the...

New, bought Greensmoke! Ugh, advice please!

I'll echo the recommendation for the eGo, but take it a step further and recommend an eGo with USB passthru. The Inferno Kit from Volcano includes one 650mah battery with USB and one 1100mAH without, but since you can charge the eGo-T with the USB Passthru (and continue vaping as long as the...

    New to mods

I'm sorry, I'm so used to my Xhaler that is vented that I assumed it was vented. Okay, DEFINITELY only use protected RCR-123a's 3.0V batteries (I recommend Tenergy) for 6V vaping in the SB. I don't own one, but I've tried it and it is a VERY well made mod.

    New ecf member and e-cig!

It takes a little bit of practice, but rather than bothering with the cartridges, I recommend learning the "drip" method. It is especially handy if you have a "drip tip" (which is simply a custom designed "cartridge" tip with a hole through the middle to drip directly into the atomizer). If it...

    New to mods

The chances of a battery exploding are very low if you don't stack unprotected batteries and use a device that is vented for safety. Using the Silver Bullet with a standard or high drain 18650 3.7V battery is unlikely to give you any trouble, and if something goes wrong the battery is designed...

Juice recommendation to replace that morning cigarette?

If you tend to have the strongest craving for a cigarette in the morning, you'll probably want to use a liquid with higher-than-normal nicotine content... For me that's 2.4% or 24mg/ml, and I might suggest the "Wake N Vape" flavor that is a combination of coffee and tobacco, available here...

WHO Recommendations for Regulaton of ENDS and Smokeless

Notice in the bolded portion that they immediately associate "sensory effects" with "chemicals"? They fail to recognize or acknowledge the fact that there is more to the sensory experience of smoking cigarettes than feeding a chemical addiction. This is ignoring evidence that even 0-nicotine...

Why I'm going back to smoking cigarettes

Usually it comes from people believing the package that says a cartridge lasts for some-hundred puffs. If a cartomizer or atomizer gets too dry, it will get too hot and tend to go bad faster. Its also important to remember that most cartomizers are designed to come pre-filled and then...
