    Time for another tea party?

I didn't think you were suggesting actually doing anything illegal or I would have just suggested that you drown some Chantix instead, but I doubt it would have any of the desired effects and I have serious concerns about the possible side effects....so to speak.

Des Moines hospital extends smoke-free workplace to nicotine-free workers

Can't get our communist pigs mixed up with our fascist dogs, now can we? ...Might forget which of the two parties we're supposed to vote for. :admin::glare:

Pfizer caught covering up chantix deaths.

What really upsets me is the fact that Pfizer does this because they know they can get away with it long enough to continue selling drugs even after they've been proven to be dangerous and ineffective for their intended use long enough to remain profitable without being held responsible for...

    Time for another tea party?

Along with smokers and non-smoking adults who care about those who are unable or unwilling to stop using recreational nicotine or tobacco, our other allies can include: Cancer patients who have been denied truthful information about treatments that do not include the use of FDA approved...

    Time for another tea party?

Sam Adams argued that the Boston Tea Party was not the act of a lawless mob, but a necessary protest of the infringement of their constitutional rights. In that case, the issue was taxation without representation; but in this case the issue is the financial conflicts of interest between...

    Time for another tea party?

Smokers, and the people who care more about smokers' health than their money. (Which includes a lot more people from tobacco companies than pharmaceutical companies, trust me.)

    Time for another tea party?

There's also no reason to try to punish the tobacco companies any further. They are already paying $Billions to the Master Settlement Agreement...much of which is spent on pharmaceutical products and funding for "non-profit" anti-tobacco lobbying.

“Do bans help or hurt e-cigarettes?” (Kokomo Tribune)

Not just the competition for the Nicorette products, but smoke-free alternatives could reduce SMOKING that causes diseases that are treated by other Johnson & Johnson products as well. If smokers are truthfully informed that they can eliminate 99% of the harms of tobacco use by switching to a...

EU EU: “Anti-tobacco campaign heralds new regulations”

Roly, do you inhale/exhale anything while vaping that you don't inhale/exhale when you have a portion of snus in your mouth or when cooking? Some of the food grade flavorings that are regularly vaporized in much greater quantities during the preparation of food. If you're sensitive to any of...

EU EU: “Anti-tobacco campaign heralds new regulations”

I think I disagree with this statement, but the risks of smoke-free products are so small in comparison to combustible ones that its not worth arguing. Although e-cigarettes have the "risks" of rechargeable batteries and potentially leaky cartridges, they are not likely to be more dangerous...

EU EU: “Anti-tobacco campaign heralds new regulations”

Wait. I thought it was the position of Tobacco Control that all forms of tobacco are equally harmful? Does EU Health Commissioner Dalli have evidence that there are products more dangerous than cigarettes that have not been regulated?? If these unregulated products are more dangerous, why...

UK ASH says 3% of UK smokers have switched to e-cigs

That appears to be the new (rehashed) tactic. Ignoring the fact that the most dangerous products were regulated first, they are carefully wording the propaganda to suggest that "unregulated products" may be dangerous. It's the same sort of half truth "smokeless tobacco is not a safe...

That sounds way too positive. How about, "WARNING: You'll put your eye out."

PLEASE WATCH THIS--A cure for cancer!

Patent infringement and bringing lawsuits had f'ing better be about science not politics! As the inventor, patent holder, and primary researcher of antineonplastons, why should Dr. Burzynski be forced to partner with a major Pharmaceutical company? All of the charges filed against him have...

PLEASE WATCH THIS--A cure for cancer!

The problem is you are wrongfully implying that Burzynski was the one who was interfering with the independent clinical trials in Phase II. Perhaps you missed this detail, but it jumped out at me because the FDA is trying similarly sneaky tactics in their attempts to block the e-cigarette. The...

Utah Board of Regents 'Smoke Free policy'

He could be describing "Ploom" which would be disappointing. I think that mentioning "tobacco vapor" could also refer to the use of Hookahs that do not technically produce smoke, but still may expose users and bystanders to byproducts of combustion from burning coals.

PLEASE WATCH THIS--A cure for cancer!

Magnus & mcrt, have you actually watched the documentary yet? Dr. Burzynski *did* have his work peer reviewed--only to have his "peers" turn around and submit patent applications for antineoplastons while Dr. Burzinski was fighting baseless allegations .

PLEASE WATCH THIS--A cure for cancer!

It's sad and disgusting that people in our own government would do this, but the documentary generally stays pretty upbeat and funny. No need for it to ruin your week because the information is spreading and we can continue to put pressure on the FDA to stop protecting us from prevention and...
