I use scissors to cut my mesh, I precut a load of kanthal wire and use scissors for that also. I use small wire cutters on the coil on the DID. I found good small ones in the craft section of Walmart.- overall

Set your provari onto the lowest voltage to test. Do wet burns. When the juice is use on the wick if you have hot spots it will show. I avoid firing on my provari for extended periods as it can pop the coil. When you see the juice bubbling on all the coils test the ohms and adjust your voltage...- overall

I would do a 3/4 wrap...o. a fat wick it will bring you in at 2 ohms +-.2. That will be perfect at your preferred voltage. I do 4.3 volts on 2.2 ohms and have plenty of vapor.- overall

Strange how we all get different results. I do a 3/4 wrap on fat wick and run at 2.2 ohms on all my DID's a 4/5 wrap nets me a 2.8 ohms. I am using 32 awg a1 kanthal- overall

2 isn't nearly enough ......get 6, then you can vape 6 different flavors at one time. I love my DID'S not even gonna bother trying to get a Zen. I think the DID is a whole lot tougher and Jim really cares about his customers and the quality of his product.- overall

This will a rope is supposed to have particles way to big to be inhaled. As I was unravelling the rope I doesn't see any fragments falling off. Oh and another thing about the cotton it becomes an impossible mess to get off the wick. I could probably have used a lighter and burned it off but ended up throwing the wicks out. I have gobs made already so no sweat. I usually make 10 - 15 wicks at a time out of 270, 325, and 400 mesh. 270 is...- overall

I found it in thus paint section of Walmart, 2 sq yards for a couple of bucks. However I really did not tike the taste.....so.... I had some silica wick laying around. I unravelled that until I got down to a thin enough thread and did exactly thus same thing with it as I had done the cotton...- overall

There is a vid in an earlier post which wraps cotton around the wick. I just bought some cheesecloth and tried it on my Katana which is the queen of dry hits unless I vape on my head. Well it certainly eliminated the shorts and hot spots. I can taste the cotton though so I probably won't use...- overall

The 2 center coils have a problem they are not heating up they are still shiny. So he is actually running a 3 coil system. This will explain his low ohms. There I am trying to wrap pretty coils and here is an ugly wrap putting out a smokestack.- overall

The center hole on the did allows air into the tank and equalizes pressure. I never leave my filler screw out so there is no other way to get air into my reservoir because I make wicks that are a snug fit. I used to wrap mine around the Allen key and then roll it tighter, this gave me a huge...- overall

You will not regret buying it. It is the most solidly built genesis I have seen. The large wick means that you can chain vape without worrying about dry hits. You can vape in any position.....no need to stand on your head to help wicking. I can't do clouds like in that video but my banana nut...- overall
