132 is thinner. Are u wetting your fingers and making your wick tight? I really haven't had an issue with wicks burning. You can try some peaches and cream yarn too. I didn't like it at first but, last night I rewicked with it before I went to bed. After it soaked all night it does pretty good... -

Some rm2 opinions
Yeah that's 28 gauge at about 10 wraps. Think this one was 1.1 ohms and my other Reo is 6 or 7 at .8. Check eBay I ordered 100ft for 7 bucks from temco on there. Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk -

Yeah the more wraps of coil usually gives more flavor. U just got to make the diameter smaller to keep resistance down. How tight u roll your wick makes a difference too. It's just something you have to tinker with till you find your spot. That's when your gonna say Wow! Now I see what those... -

Get some 28g it'll give u more surface area on your coil. About 10 wraps around a screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit. Less cotton too and u should be good to go. Maybe try a 6 or 7 wrap if that don't work and try w/o the kick Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk -
Brass Button Cover woes
Same process for me with my brass and delrin button covers. Worked fine. Lay it across your button instead of trying to wrap it. Edit: oops didn't see u had it already. -
Just got my Reo, have some issues :(
I had to crank my last rm2 also. Seemed the insulator was so flush with the center pin I wouldn't make contact on my Reo. I used an ego battery and cranked it on tight a few times until it worked the insulator down a bit. Now I can hand tighten on my grand and it works fine. -
