    I demagged a couple of hotel keys before I realized what was causing it. I'm not sure if it's the magnets or an electrical field around the battery. Either way, I quickly learned NOT to put credit cards in the same pocket with a REO.

    I can't really speak to your question, but would advise you to be very careful with any drip tip that is metal. If it fits too far down into the atty, it can cause a short, which has happened to several people in REOville. Just sayin' :)

    I believe the 510 pin is the perfect tool for that, turn it upside down and use it to seat the gasket (the larger silicone one, not the small thin white one) nice and snug(ly) :)

    Hold the mod next to your ear. Slowly press down on the fire button. As soon as you hear the atty begin to sizzle, that's how hard you need to press. If you press any harder/farther, you're a masher :)
