    I got the same error ordering a blem door. I sent your support mail a copy. No worries, if you're aware of it, then there's no question it'll get handled, quickly and decisively. In the meantime, if someone has an emergency order, can you deliver them by porkieback? YEE HAAAA! :)

    what do you use

    I've used a Pila for my (at first) AW IMR 18650's and now Sony VTC5's. I've used it since 2011 with no issues at all. I tried a Nitecore for a few weeks, but it went south on me one day out of the blue, so back to the Pila. I bought a 2nd Pila for backup, but have never needed it.

    I suspect Robert cleans them thoroughly because of all the modifications he does to them. That said, I've lost count of how many RM2's I have, and have never pre cleaned any of them. The RM4, however, did come with what I'd guess is machine oil, so it required the usual prep.

    FWIW, I found (vaping at 1.8 ohms), that I could vape the AW IMR 18650 (1600 mAH) batteries down to around 3.8-3.9v before I noticed a significant dropoff, I get the same dropoff with the Sony VTC5's at around 4.0-4.1v. I have NO explanation for it, and the battery comparison charts would seem...
