    All I can tell you is that my Leo is not marked as PT in any way, but I can chain vape it while it's charging with no problems what so ever. However, does have a sealed battery. So, if a batch got through, it looks like mine was one of them.

    Same deal with laptops. A lot of laptops don't put full power to some USB ports. Again, same deal if you have a USB port on the front of your case. In any event, a powered USB hub is your friend.

    That part is solid advice. Try a drastically different liquid or a different PV. Been using a 510 or an ego? Try a KR808 or a pig-cig, or an 801 or Leo. Been vaping marlboro flavor? Try peach. That kind of thing can really open things up.
